Collaborative Writing:
The Journey from Short Story to Screenplay to Film

Join us on Saturday morning, November 10, for a workshop on writing your query letter, honing your synopsis, and preparing your first three chapters, with Camille Minichino and Hailey Lind.

Camille Minichino has published eight novels in the Periodic Table Mystery Series. She received her Ph.D. in physics from Fordham University, New York City in 1968. She has had a long career in research, teaching, and writing.

She is currently on the faculty of Golden Gate University, San Francisco and on the staff of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Camille is on the Board of the California Writers Club and NorCal Sisters in Crime.

Hailey Lind writes the Art Lover’s Mystery Series. The first in the series, Feint of Art, was nominated for an Agatha award for Best First Novel and has been translated into Japanese. The second, Shooting Gallery, was an Independent Mystery Booksellers’ Association (IMBA) Best Seller.
