Diet could beat diabetes


Scientists from Newcastle University say an extreme, low calorie diet could hold the key to curing type 2 diabetes.

    What about the 20% of diabetics who are of normal weight upon diagnosis?

    600 calories a day is anorectic and it is not something that is healthy regardless of benefits. Rather cut out fat and refined products, eat as much as you want and cut out diabetes type 2 just as well. Check out Dr McDougall and the Starch Solution, same principal but does not promote anorexia. :)
