    I agree with Albertabeefy post about healthier diet. I take a natural organic product they call it Earths super food… blood sugar stabilized, weight reduced, energy levels high and no medication in sight… See my channel

    My husband is type II. He tried your ‘cure’. It didn’t work. His levels have skyrocketed. In Australia, we measure ‘normal’ as being between 4 and 6. Good diabetic control is below 10. His levels are measuring 25-27! YOU ARE A FRAUD.

    Hey, guess what… I was put on medication, and told I’d likely need insulin… And now I don’t need ANY meds, just my regular supplements – which include cinnamon. So in SOME cases, he’s precisely right.

    Losing nearly 100 lbs (or however much a person needs to lose, about 100lbs in my case), proper diet (eliminate refined carbs, get adequate fiber, healthy fats and proteins, including any needed supplements), regular (daily) exercise, will control it quite well.

    No, there is no real CURE for diabetes, regardless of Type I or Type II (which I have.)

    My A1c is now in completely NORMAL ranges due to healthier living, but if I ever went back to old habits, the problems will return.

    I’m well-controlled, but certainly not cured. Anyone who says it can be “cured” or “reversed” is full of it. It can be controlled, and as long as you CONTINUE to control it, your actual sugar levels can be quite healthy and normal. Hope that helps.

    I’m glad this works for some people, but unfortunately it didn’t for me. The only thing the Cinnamon did was give me heart burn. I used it with a low carb diet & exercise every day..but it didn’t work. I’m taking a boatload of sugar lowering herbs daily..and while they do help..it’s still a daily struggle. But thanks for the info and glad it’s helping others.

    My freind is off of his diabetic meds due to God answering our prayers, and him eating 500mgs of cinnimin before each meal. His sugar is completely normal in under 2 weeks! This so amazing because his sugar was so out of control even on the meds.  He says he eats anything he wants now. (refined sugar). Thank you for the great ideas for non fruit snacks…be well everyone..

    The other key for me (wish youtube allowed longer comments) was exercise.

    Low-Carb (all carb becomes glucose, period), healthy fats, low-GI fruit in moderate (small and infrequent) quantities, and decent protein for the diet, and regular (daily) exercise.

    Cinnamon, as mentioned, helps – the video mentions tea -I also like mine in my protein drinks. Most diabetics are also low in vitamin-d… take a supplement with healthy fats (it’s fat soluble).

    I developed Type 2 diabetes after years of inactivity (due to a spinal condition) and eating a poor diet high in refined carbs. I never ate much sugar, but didn’t understand that white breads (like burger buns) spike you as high or HIGHER than sugar.

    The key for me was 1. Diet – cut out all refined CRAP. No sugar except some low-GI fruit. I eat organic veggies but not starches like potatoes or corn. I also eat decent meat – grass fed, free range, etc. Works great.

    And cinnamon does help.

    too much fruit is too much sugar, yup. I eat fruit in moderation, myself (but I’m a type 2 diabetic, so I need to watch sugars, even natural ones…)

    Replace it with some healthy veggie snacks – I personally like celery with a little natural peanut butter or some raw carrots / broccoli with some cream cheese based dip.

    i love to eat fruit all day long.  i thought i wasn’t eating fattening food and yet I can’t loose weight. I think it may be the sugar . i wonder what i should replace it with?

    Responisble? Oh yes I see, that is what a doctor is considered to be. Doctors are responsible for prescribing the pills that kill us and then winning the lawsuits against us when the drugs destroy families by killing or maiming love-ones of whom they seek restitution for. If you could only see the truth in what you are saying, corporate greed is the motive behind every pill being pushed.

    Do the math dimbulb, home cooking with lots of spices has produced more healthy people over the years than any man-made drug. In fact, for each one healthy person due to spices like cinnamon, rosemary, garlic, onion, milk thistle and hawthornberry to name a few there are at least 20 DEAD people from drugs issued by Corporate owned-enslaved doctors pushing the pills so the rich get richer. I’m tired of people like you supporting the death of millions. Go peddle your pills to a lawyer!
