Today, i just started work out again and lost around a hundred calories. I felt that i would never lose weight in one week. After watching ur video, i have a renewed faith that i should exercise and be patient to get desired results. Thank you soo much and i hope this really works out for me!
How u did it tell me
Treat cravings I use dark chocolate Hershey kisses or some granola with a couple teaspoons of peanutbutter. NOT every day ofcourse just when it gets unbearable. I drink zero calorie Cascades on ice. Jalapenos are my best friend, they add so much flavor to veggies. Ice water with cucumber and lemons in it.
I also lost 30 pounds in 3 months so far on my new strategies. I eat whole chicken in whole grain flatbread pockets with lots of chopped veggies and greens. Green tea. Tuna salad and tuna in the flatbread. The flattbread is just 100 calories a pocket. I also eat whole fruit, fruit and vegtable smoothies, oatmeal. Not all in the same day though. Every 2 days I would fast all day on green tea then break the fast at dinner time with two pockets.

I’m 115 kilos & i’m 18 years old & ive been losing weight and lost 5kilos this month. Although i should be happy, im so depressed worrying bout having saggy skin. if i lose 30-40 kilos, will I sag like a big ass elephant? well done again !
Just an fyi you can go too lean. Good fats are good for you. Your body needs them to operate. If you are going to cut back cut back on carbs and sugars. Good luck!
I want to lose 30-40 pounds in one month, first thing I’m going to do is start a really good diet, no fats. I will also be doing workouts, mainly fat burning. I will go back to running, I will do at least 60 miles on the bike, and on days that I don’t have other things to do I will do 150 miles on the bike. Even when I had many thing to do during the day, I can still go for a 30 minute run.

In order to lose weight, people need to burn more calorie than they take in.
Eating 3,500 calories more than you burn up daily with eventually put on one pound of fat.
Lowering our calorie intake to 500 calories per day is good.
